The How (b)

As an association of local churches bound together in a spirit of unity and mutual support, we are blessed to have so many gifted and talented pastors and lay leaders in the Middle District. It is out of this spirit we work collaboratively to encourage, coach, mentor and support one another. Together, we’ve assisted local churches with strategic planning, revitalization, pastoral transitions, and community engagement.

Conflict Resolution
Churches, like any other community or organization, can experience disagreements and conflicts. Unresolved conflict negatively impacts a congregation's unity and mission.  By addressing conflicts promptly with empathy and understanding, churches can strengthen and enhance the overall emotional and spiritual health of their congregation. However, avoiding or denying conflict creates a whole host of issues that can be detrimental to the health and wellbeing of a church. If you are experiencing conflict and need an objective mediator or coach, reach out to us.
Ministry Cohorts
Ministry can be incredibly rewarding but also isolating. We weren’t meant to go it alone. Monthly pastoral gatherings—whether for Lead, Youth, Children’s, or Worship—provide vital support, shared wisdom, encouragement and accountability. These groups strengthen leadership through friendship and growth. We currently have three groups up and running, and are eager to start more. If interested, please fill out the form below and a member of our team will be in touch with you shortly.
Transitional Support
Navigating a pastoral transition well is essential to maintaining harmony, continuity and stability within the church's staff and congregation. Over the past few years, the search process has undergone significant change.  The Middle District is  blessed to have an experienced and up to date team of  pastors and leaders, who are willing to offer training, practical tools and coaching to congregations in a season of transition. Here are some of the ways we are able to offer support and guidance to churches during pastoral transitions:

Pulpit/Preaching Supply
Interim Pastor Guidance
Forming a Search Team
Search Team Training
Pastor Search
Communication Plan
Conflict Mediation
