Kingdom Builders: Youth Community Mission Work
For many years, each fall and spring youth from Middle District churches gather

Special Events
In addition to annual events, youth from all churches will come together for a special event. In the fall of 2010, more than 700 youth from around the region gathered for a fun and memorable experience called EPIC. The evangelistic event included bands, games, and a captivating youth speaker. We are glad to report that many youth gave their life to Christ at Epic and many others responded to God’s call to dedicating their life to ministry.
Impact Virginia: Middle District hosted more than 250 youth from all over Virginia as they gathered for inspiration and to serve the community through home repair and renovation. The week was a fantastic experience for all and we look forward to doing it again. Website
Missions Madness: Mission Madness is a weekend retreat, usually held in the Spring, that focuses on sending students out to do mission work in local communities. Mission Madness is always based at a local church with participants spending the night in local hotels. Click here for more info.
Youth Movie Night: Middle District youth leaders brought their youth groups for a viewing and discussion of the movie, “Selma” summer of 2015. Similar to the Body of Christ event held in January 2015, the youth event was jointly sponsored by Middle District and Faith and Family Church.
Networking
Occasionally the Executive Director will gather youth leaders for a time of fellowship, to exchange ideas and to compare notes on trends in their ministries. Youth leaders often gather at their own initiative for fellowship and mutual support. Youth leaders are always welcome at the monthly Ministers Networking Luncheons.
