The Braeded Chord is an acoustic duo that truly offers something for everyone.  Their music strikes a universal chord, with its inclusion of multiple genres for all generations.  Performing songwriters Sharon Dennis (guitarist) and Doris MacDonald (keyboard) write and perform original songs and give a twist to familiar music.  From thought-provoking contemplative to upbeat zany, from children's music to rocking worship, from blues-infused gospel to fun sing-alongs, the Braeded Chord is more than entertaining.  Each performance is tailor-made for its intended audience.  They have released three CDs and received several recognitions for their songwriting and performance, including the 2006 WAMMIE nomination for Best Inspirational/Gospel Duo and the 2005 WAMMIE nomination for Best Inspirational/Gospel Recording. They have performed at the 2006 Middle District Pastor/Deacon Banquet.

Crimson Flow

Eric Haney

Phone: 804-432-8522

www.crimsonflow.org

Eric is the Youth/Worship Leader at Red Lane Baptist Church and founding member of Crimson Flow. Crimson Flow exists to bring glory to God through music with a passion to lead people to sing to our God and King. The band name comes from Ephesians 2:13 which states, “But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near through the blood of Christ.” It is through the blood of Jesus, the “crimson flow” that we are saved and brought near to God. Ephesians 1:7 tells us we have redemption through the blood of Jesus. Crimson Flow was started by Eric and Anissa Haney. Eric and Anissa have been singing together since their very first date. Since then God has blessed them tremendously with a strong passion to write music and lead God’s people in worship through music. It is their desire to stir up your affections for one and only one, Jesus. Crimson Flow’s first album will be released sometime in Feb. 2009.
